90's song help? its irritating me! :)?

i remembered a song yesterday but cant work out what its called, im
sure it was probably late 90's, but the lyrics are something like 'cry
everyone, dont you cry now' but it sounds autotuned and has someone
like scratching a record noise in it? think its a uk song as well
